It is not beneficial to lower blood pressue unless it is too high. This question is I like asking what kind of fish live in the ocean. It requires a professional analysis to fully consider your circumstances because a general answer could fill books. Actually it does fill books. Blood pressure is like tire pressure. There is an optimal operating range. Too low or too high is a problem. I do know for a fact if your blood pressure is low enough to go to zero, that is really bad and mostly likely the next time your blood pressure will raise is when your blood is being forced out with embalming fluid.
