I think that it is because people want what they want Now, and cannot foresee a better time to have sex. Everyone underestimates the effect of the moment on doing what they know they should do--condoms, tests for STDs and so on.

Between lack of sex education and teenage pregnancy, absolutely. As far as sexual perversion is concerned, we have no idea what you mean. That could range anywhere from oral sex to copulation with animals, depending on where your head is at. In any case, it would have little or nothing to do with sex education, and would be more likely a matter of personal preference or the result of sexual trauma.
I don't believe it is the full answer neglect may be a cause of teenage pregnancy yet many teenagers who feel neglected have not automatically gone to sex for the answer!!! I have reason to believe that teenage pregnancy is caused by young girls who are either not educated in the risks they take, boredom of nothing for young people to do and/or the changing expectations of young girls. To add to this another cause of teenage pregnancy is the expectations for children and teenagers to grow up quickly through a variety of different reasons ie the loss of a parent.
