Because it has vitamin A and this is a building block for vision and that a deficiency can cause sight problems. So Vitamin A is vital for sight, and carrots have a lot of vitamin A. But by eating more carrots, it will make you see in the dark better because your vision is better.Like if you drink a lot milk your teeth become stronger so you can bite into harder foods.
