Yes, but it depends on the person. If you have no symptoms of GS (aside from jaundice) then you should have no problem controlling your blood sugar levels. If your GS has many symptoms (nausea, fatigue, constipation/diarheah, food sensitivities) then you are much more likely to see large fluctuations in your blood sugar levels.
