Yes Baby oil or vegi oil
Yes. Use it as you would use the oil that came with the clippers. I use it and it works the same.
sewing machine oil will do or 3 in 1 oil
There is 2 ways to clean hair clippers the first way is you can oil it the second way is you can use a brush to take all the hairs out of the blade
You can use just about any oil (wd-40, vegetable oil, Baby oil, olive oil, etc.)
Baby oil and vaseline (or mineral oil)
WD40. The oil breaks down the glue and won't damage the chrome. WD40 did not work for me. I used a hair dryer, my thumb nail, and about 2 minutes. It came off cleanly and quickly.
To maintain and trim your hair using size 6 clippers, start by washing and drying your hair. Then, comb through it to remove any tangles. Next, attach the size 6 guard to the clippers and start trimming your hair in the direction of hair growth. Use short, even strokes and go over the same area multiple times for an even cut. Trim the sides and back first, then move to the top. Check your progress in a mirror and make any necessary adjustments. Finally, clean the clippers after use and oil the blades to keep them in good condition.
I have the same question and the research that I am doing tells me that the best would be 3 in 1, and second mineral or baby oil. It seems that both work for what I am reading.
It is a silicon (ie not carbon) based oil.
You can remove unwanted hair color with an ordinary pair of scissors, clippers, or a razor. try one or both of these..wash with dishwashing liquid or clarifying shampoo, OR cover hair in baby oil or hot oil treatment, leave for awhile and shampoo.
