no it will not heal itself. The tissue has been opened due to damage and with that surgery is required to help repair it. (I should know due to having a small one repaired 5 times, it was 6 months before the first surgery was performed and my fistula had not even attemped to close on its own)

Dentist said that a tiny cavity can heal itself and that the enamel is rebuilding itself can this happen?

Yeah, sounds wild right? But it's kinda true—small cavities (like really early ones) can heal on their own, but only if you catch them early enough. That outer layer—enamel—has this cool power to remineralize if you’re brushing right, using fluoride, eating less sugar, and not letting plaque party in your mouth 😅 But once it goes deeper? Nah, no going back. Then it’s drill time. So if your dentist says it's still tiny and healing... you’re lucky. Keep up the good care!

My right foot won't heal no matter what and it's been like a year and this tiny little scratch won't heal up Why?

I would need a bit more information. I would want to know are you diabetic, or have some type of immune compromise. Anyway you need to see you Health Care Practitioner to rule out any serious illness that could be causing you to not heal properly. Info: maybe it was because when I had surgery on my foot, in 1999.
