Dates are the fruit of the date palm tree and are grown primarily in dry, arid regions, such as the Middle East and parts of California. One of the main reasons people avoid eating dates is the belief that they will raise their blood sugar levels, but studies have shown that belief to be erroneous. The study shows that while dates contain high amounts of natural sugars, they are actually a low glycemic index food and did not significantly raise blood sugar levels after they were eaten.
Yes.
sure can
Eating before a blood test will cause your blood sugar levels to rise. That is why they are referred to as "fasting" blood tests, meaning you are not supposed to eat or drink anything but water before having them.
Sugar. That helps to increase it. Not eating anything but healthy foods might decrease blood pressure by a bit.
eating sugar LOL
well eating oranically is good but eating healthy is better because there is "organic" sugar but is is still sugar.
If the cheese has sugar in it, yes
The simplest way to increase blood sugar is to eat food or to drink beverages containing sugar. But even if you do not consume sugar, starches will eventually be transformed into sugar by the process of digestion.
How soon after eating should you check your blood sugar?
NO.
The human body does not need sugar to survive.
Sugar does not directly increase blood pressure (as in the higher the surgar the higher the blood pressure. Chronically elevated sugar (diabetes) doe predispose to vascular disease which can lead to high blood pressure. I don't think we completely understand why it does that.
