the best way i find it is to use 2 fingers and slowly rub down there slowly and then fast and hard. i then stick my fingers in and out over and over again, it feels great and then if i feel like it put 3 fingers in but i woudnt do that if its your first time as it might hurt. hope this helps you!!!!
