if you exercise it helps you because it sometimes helps straighten your muscles so when you exercise you get more strength and health. it is all just a myth and no exercising does not make you stop growing.

Yes you will get taller during puberty.
Growing taller after puberty (18-25 years old) is impossible without surgery or a defective pituitary gland. However, growing shorter after puberty is common, if not universal. In short, the only way to change height dramatically after puberty is through surgical procedure to lengthen the lower leg.
Growth continues throughout childhood. At puberty, a growth spurtoccurs and is followed by the closure of the epiphyseal cartilages. Thelater puberty begins, the taller the child will be when the growth spurtbegins, so the taller the individual will be when growth is completed.
Many things occur during puberty, a person will grow taller, get hair in several places, and they will develop their bodies.
Not necessarily. Boys go through puberty beginning between the ages of 9 and 15, and it is during puberty that boys experience the growth spurt that will propel them to their adult height. If a boy started puberty on the later side of that range, it is very possible that he will still be growing taller at age eighteen or nineteen. A few boys will even continue growing into their early 20s.
Yes you can. Puberty may have finished for girls by 17 but boys can still be growing. Most boys will still be in puberty at 17 and growing.
