There is the possibility of having a medication - over here it´s called Lefax - which helps you with the bloated belly and the farting. You can also drink fennel tea, but this is a question of taste. Try to walk as much as possible or go steps up and down, so your constipation gets further. Drink as much as possible so the bowel movement wont get to hard. Drink or eat something which you know gives you dysentery - with me pure apple juice will always work.
You let out alot of relief
R.O.L.A.I.D.S. spells relief

blah blah blah......
Everyone is different when it comes to symptoms, bloating included. For me, I was bloated pretty much all of my first trimester, but around 15-16 weeks it started to get better. Depending on the person, their diet, and lifestyle, they might start to feel relief sooner or later than I did.
Then you'll experience frequent low oil pressure issues.
If your just plain sick and tired of being constipated just an enema, if your not that constipated just use warm water enema, if its more servere use a saline enema, if its really servere use a mineral oil enema that will get rid of the worst constipation in 15 minutes max
she could try sipping pepermint water in hot water, or (don't laugh it works) get down on her knees and elbows with her bottom in the air. Gas rises.

What is the relief
The difference between high relief and low relief is that high relief has more depth and low relief is more casual and not as 3D. In high relief, it's much closer to 3D.
