You will have to get braces if your teeth are twisted but you don't have to get them until your 20,30 or 40 years old and your teeth can untwist if you lose all your baby teeth I think.

Yes like crazy and it will last for a week! But after that in the second week the pain gets less and less until you can't feel it. And the rest of the time will be painless except for wire change or elastics.
