Doctors often put you on it for cysts in the breast tissue if you are female or as partner to baby aspirin therapy to help thin the blood. Vitamin E blocks the absorption of Vitamin K which aids in clotting blood--Vitamin K is found in dark leafy green veggies and spinach. Since you are having lots of clots in your nose bleeds I don't think that sounds like that's the case. Just thought I would mention it because my daughter suddenly turned up with several nosebleeds. I did some internet searching and as soon as she quit the Vitamin E and ate more salads in her diet they went away.
