You should typically wait at least 24 to 48 hours before drilling into new concrete to allow it to cure properly. However, for optimal results, waiting at least 7 days is recommended, as this allows the concrete to reach a significant portion of its full strength. Always consider the specific type of concrete mix used, as some may have different curing times.
Concrete should cure for at least 28 days before it can be used for construction purposes.
At least 3 days
Concrete forms should generally be left in place for at least 24 to 48 hours to allow the concrete to properly set and cure. Leaving the forms on for too long can make it difficult to remove them and may result in damage to the concrete.
Should last about 30 minutez
They'll last a while, especially if they're made out of a quality material. If you're doing concrete drilling, though, be sure to get an appropiate drill bit.
Imediatly after trowling
The drill should only last 10-15 minutes.

is it a liner or concrete?...if it's a liners DON'T drain it any more then about 6 in. in the shallow end the liner will shrink...if concrete.....it should be fine as long as you don't have a high water table close to the pool.good luck
overnight till it sets
