Rhinoplasty or a "nose job" is a sure shot way to get the desired shape for your nose. One can change not only the size but even the shape of the nose through it. The nostrils can be narrowed and the angle between the nose and the upper lip can also be altered. More information can be availed at:

(this is just my opinion) yes, unless it;s for medical reasons, don't you are beautiful the way you are
The same way as for a product without moving parts: draw up what you want in AutoCAD and send the file to a mold-making company.
Steel safe generally means that certain (component) features are integrated in the mold in such a way that tuning or modifications are possible after mold production. f.e. a snap should be tuned afterwards so no sliders etc. should be in the tuning zone f.e. sometimes the need for additional cooling is suspected, then the underlying mold area is made steelfsafe so that no other mold parts will be in the way of eventual cooling conduits.
No. Once mold has formed, throw it away. To add a little detail... yes, you can kill the mold, but that won't make it safe. The mold produces substances that are toxic to us, so even if the mold is dead, you don't want to eat it. I don't know if this is a strategy the mold has evolved for keeping all of its food for itself, or if it's just that way.
it helps you breathe in the kind of way you want
Life is just unfair that way!
The word "mold" has an alternate spelling "mould".
There is black mold growing in my house. I need to get rid of it, but I do not know what to do. I want to be safe, careful and thorough in removing it. What should I do about black mold removal?
It is not a good description. A slime mold is a protist.
Bleach is an effective way to kill mold and mildew.
Not realistically, and you wouldn't really want to anyway, unless you wanted nothing to grow there at all.
If not is not moving.
