Pro- Being able to stay still and be healed without worries of stressing your body, no chance of breaking bones or straining muscles.

Con- Not getting enough exercise (you may become obese, out of shape, lose muscle mass), getting bed sores (where spots on your body starts to break down), and you may become depressed from not being able to do what you want and not being able to do what you once used to.
