A nebuliser dose of ventolin is either 2.5mg or 5mg in 2.5 mls saline. I assume you mean a 100mcg per puff inhaler, which would obvs be 600mcg in 6 puffs. A 2.5mg neb is worth 25 puffs of a 100mcg inhaler, so 6 puffs via spacer is about a quarter of a neb dose (i.e. not that much!)
Of Course Usually 5 puffs MAX in a day, but usually if you have more it's fine Never done me any harm.
Taking 10 puffs of Ventolin (albuterol) in under five minutes can lead to potential side effects, including increased heart rate, jitteriness, anxiety, and tremors. In some cases, it may cause more serious effects like chest pain or arrhythmias. It's important to follow the prescribed dosage and consult a healthcare professional if you experience any adverse effects or if your symptoms persist. Overuse of bronchodilators can also lead to decreased effectiveness in managing asthma symptoms.
when a goldfish puffs it puffs out what it was chewing on
The ventolin should be prescribed to you for certain conditions. It is a prescribed medication to open your breathing tubes which allows air to get to your lungs. It also breaks up mucous that may be clogging your airway. It is dispensed with the directions on the inhaler.Usually 1-2 puffs as needed not to exceed 4 times a day.My question is why would you use it if you don't need it??? If your smoking & need the ventolin you are hurting yourself. When you are 70 & smoking & you cannot breath you will have no one to thank but yourself.Sorry for the bluntness but its the truth.Don't use it unless you need it because you will be doing more harm than good. Dont take situmalants when on ventolin as this leads to CNS disturbances basically anxiety and panic attacks
