Contraceptive jelly is over the counter and can be purchased by anyone, without a prescription or proof of age. Remember that contraceptive jelly alone is not a terribly effective method; be sure to use it in combination with a condom or other method to prevent pregnancy.
There is no "legal age" to start taking the pill. I suppose a more realistic answer would be "as soon as you start having periods" but really there is no legal age to be safe about sex. There isn't even a law that states that minors have to get parental permission to get the pill, and that is a very good thing.
A persons intelligence never stops developing. If a person stops taking in new knowledge and learning, then their knowledge stops. No matter the age the intelligence will not stop developing.
Actually the pill usually gathers up the blood that was stored in and is formed into a blood clot mainly in your legs. If you are 17 now and take it you will probaly die from the blood clot at the age of 35 so if you would like to risk your life by taking the pill then Hell i dont care.So be careful all that blood is building-up every second you use the pill.
that depends on her doctor.
