Hi I've just been prescribed Tramadol (Tramset, which is a combination of 37,5mg Tramadol and 325mg Acetaminophen) for muscle pain, and Domperidone (10mg original) taken at the same time to prevent nausea and vomiting from Tramadol. (by a doctor in Japan)
The first time i took Tramadol on an empty stomach, and after having dinner, i got a terrible stomach ache, so i took one 10mg Domperidone as suggested.
My stomach ache and nausea got a lot better, but i must tell you this combinations makes you very sleepy :) I think after a couple of days we will get used to it.
To conclude, from my experience it is safe to take them together (although I'm still on low dose).
I hope you find my info useful :)
you should take it before you eat domperidone didn't help me i have a gastric stimulator now
so?
Regular aspirin would be safe if you needed it .if you are on tramadol then not mix it with aspirin.

I wasn't producing much milk after my daughter was born so my doctor prescribled domperidone to help increase my prolactin hormones. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Domperidone
yes
give Domperidone
Domperidone increases the level of a hormone (prolactin) in your body, which is involved in breast milk production. Therefore as the prolactin level is raised the amount of breast milk produced increases.
could be domperidone
It depends on the person, someone can, someone can't...
