I have been sufereing from renal failure and have been using metroprolol, aspirin, and I also take quite a few other pills too! Sometimes I can't get to sleep at night so I take Tylenol PM to help me sleep! This was recommended to me by my primary care Dr. I never have any problems with mixing them as long as you fallow the correct doses's.
