yes you can naproxen belongs to a group of medications known as Non Steriodal Anti Inflammatory Drugs commonly used for the reduction of moderate to severe pain, fever, inflammation and stiffness caused by conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic Arthritis, gout, ankylosing spondylitis, injury (like fractures), menstrual cramps, tendinitis, bursitis, and the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea. and co-codamol is a non-proprietary name used to denote a combination of codeine phosphate and paracetamol (acetaminophen). Co-codamol tablets are used for the relief of mild/moderate (or in the case of 30/500mg - severe) pain.

Four strengths are available:

  • 8mg of codeine phosphate per tablet
  • 12.8mg of codeine phosphate per tablet
  • 15mg of codeine phosphate per tablet*
  • 30mg of codeine phosphate per tablet (available in capsules as Tylex and Kapake, available in tablets as Solpadol).

its is quite safe to take both together but always consult your GP/Pharmacist before taking any medications.
