No, Birth Control pills can not protect you from AIDS. The only protection is to use a condom, every time, or not have sex at all. strictly speaking you are not infected by AIDS. The infection is HIV which may or may not develop into AIDS in the future. there are people who have been living with HIV for 20 years or more who have not (yet) developed AIDS.

What does a teenage girl have to do in order to get birth control?

Try this "Doctor, I'm sexually active and I don't want to have any children, can you put me on birth control." He will follow up with "Sure, however, in order to avoid HIV, AIDS, Ghonorhea, Chlamydia, Syphillis, Herpes, Genital Warts, Hepititis, and a slew of other permanent STDS, that could prevent you from having children, kill you, and possibly be passed on to hundreds of other people, your partner should also wear a condom." You're 13, you have your whole life ahead of you. Your decision to have sex now, could ruin your life. You can satisfy your partner manually or orally, and it would be safer. They have flavored condoms and dental dams (for oral sex on a women) to make this more enjoyable for both parties.
