Unfortunately YES !!! buprenorphine (suboxone) being competitive agonist/antagonist of opioid receptors with pretty long duration (up to 24 hours and more) will block pretty much all opiates even if you take a quadruple of usual dose (or evem more!) There is nothing you can do but wait at least 24 hours to buprenorphine to leave your system and open receptors. Otherwise you won't feel any effect and waste huge amount of good opiates!
