Exedrine does have caffeine in it, it allows the medicine to work faster and better. Each pill contains 65 milligrams of caffeine. Which is just a tad less than what is in a can of redbull. I am not saying that Excedrine is a bad thing because of it, i personally love it for my migranes but be careful if you are sensitve to caffeine for it may trigger a Migraine attack.
