There is really no way to heal needle marks. I have noticed it helps if you do not use the same areas everytime you use. And using a new syringe that has not been dulled due to use everytime will help with bruising.
Needle tracks, fortunately, do go away with time if you completely stop using. Unless there is heavy, raised scarring in the "track", after about four or five years off the needle, the marks will have vanished completely in most cases.
