Time is the best way for you to not look like you smoked. If you plan on seeing someone your hiding it from as soon as your done smoking, they will catch on if their not so bleak towards the marijuana culture. Some people that have no knowledge on marijuana as a topic may not even notice, or you can even play it off by either saying you didn't get enough sleep or your having Allergies.
Other that that is to let time do its thing and your "stoned face" will start to clear up.
This is what I do if I need to freshen myself up after a session.
- Wash hands/face, or hand sanitizer/perfumed lotion
- Use mouthwash or chew gum (preferably both)
- Use Eye drops
- Use Body spray
