I gained 40 pds in three months on seroquel. With me the weight loss began immediatly as well as my hunger pains subsiding. I have been off of it for 2 months and have lost 30 pds. I have been taking seroquel for 5 years. Initially I gained 50 pounds, but after starting a healthy eating programme and gentle excercise the pounds are starting to come off.

Can you stop taking seroquel xr after i got 50 mg for just 2 days?

It's generally advisable to consult your doctor before stopping any medication, including Seroquel XR, even after a short duration. While a brief course at a low dose may not lead to significant withdrawal symptoms, individual responses can vary. Your doctor can provide guidance on the best approach to discontinuation based on your specific situation.

What is worse weight gain on depakote dr or seroquel?

Seroquel is definitely the weight gainer. I've been on and off Depakote before with very little weight fluctuation, however with Seroquel I had not only a huge appetite that forced me to eat more, but I put on 20lbs in 2 weeks! I was really not into Seroquel at first, but it really did help with my mania.

Can a adoption be reversed?

Technically all adoptions can be reversed but it takes a lot before a court allows that to be done. Adoption is considered permanent.

If a person is dead 24 to 36 hours before the toxicology blood work is done will the Seroquel levels still be that and true of the time of death?

Yes, you are going to jail for a long time. ----------- Considering that Seroquel's half-life is 6 hours, that the likelihood of Seroquel OD causing death is extremely low, and the fact that your blood stops circulating when you die, I imagine that the Seroquel would definitely show up on a blood test. So, your ideas of homicide/suicide would not work with a Seroquel OD.

What are the immediate reactions of seroquel?

I take seroquel and the only immediate reaction I have ever had to seroquel is extreme drowsiness, unstable walking and bad hunger pains. Ive been taking seroquel for about 5 weeks now and I also am drowsy and tired all the time. I can go to sleep anytime. I also have unstable walking yet also like a tired and dragging-myself-along kind of walking. I feel like my posture has changed too because I am constantly slouching and my neck is down low. Before I started taking seroquel I always had good posture.
