Nuclear submarines can stay underwater for extended periods, typically for several months, depending on factors like food supplies and crew endurance. They are powered by nuclear reactors, which provide a virtually limitless source of energy, allowing them to operate submerged without needing to surface for air. However, practical limits are imposed by crew provisions and maintenance needs. Generally, they can remain submerged for about 3 to 6 months before needing to resurface.
Yes. The idea of the submarine is the element of surprise. Before nuclear power submarines ran on either battery power or diesel power. Every so often it needed to surface (or use a snorkle - no kidding, it's called a snorkle) to run the diesel (which would both propel the sub and charge the battery) Now, with nuclear power, the submarine can stay underwater as long as there is food for the crew. A submarine nuclear reactor can last for years.

I don't think there is a sub, but you can get the tm dive to go underwater.

Many months! The biggest limitation is the amount of food they can carry for the crew. The actual limits are classified. Submarines can produce their own air and water and with nuclear power they could stay submerged indefinitely. The limiting factor is the amount of storage space (there is not much) on a sub for food and the the size of the crew onboard that consumes it. The larger SSGN's can stay submerged longer than the SSN's because they have more storage space.
Nuclear submarines derive their power from a nuclear reactor that generates steam to drive turbines, which in turn propel the submarine. The nuclear reactor uses enriched uranium fuel to sustain a controlled nuclear reaction, providing continuous power without the need for refueling for extended periods underwater.
