You stop smoking weed.

Same thing happened to me. Stop smoking or take a break, and you will return to normal. As with anything, moderation is key.

To help you sleep try taking 3 mg of GABA (gamma amino-butyric acid), valerian root, 3 - 5 mg of melatonin, or hell, even drink some beer. Out of all of this though, the Gaba and the beer seem to work best for me when I can't sleep.

Since I stopped smoking, I don't have the same kind of sleep problems I did when smoking (couldn't sleep at all unless stoned, sometimes not even then). I've always had trouble going to sleep at night and staying asleep. If I wait til morning I could sleep for hours. Sometimes I wake up and can't fall back to sleep. That's when I fall back on these supplements. Hope this helps you.
