The three main strains I do believe came from different parts of the world each evolving to the point of speciation but never reaching it. Ruderalis is from more northern areas and is typically considered weaker. It is different in that the plant auto flowers meaning it does not use day night cycles to determine when to flower it just does flowers after a set amount of time. The plant is mixed with other strains for the purpose of the variant being strong and auto flowering.
