They're both pretty much the same ALTHOUGH Crest seems to be getting better reviews from what I searched. :)

Each product has a licence number and therefore formulas that are used are contained within the licence. It does depend on the type of teeth you have as to what is beast for yourself. In general dentists prefer a low abrasion - no sugar version

Colgate. I was trying out Colgate Total, and it made my teeth shinier, cleaner and smoother. Crest actually made my teeth yellower, but my teeth were still smooth. I suggest you use Colgate Total, but if you are allergic, then use Crest or Aquafresh. Also, you should brush 2-3 times a day, and brush 25-30 secs in each part of your mouth.
