I would think the Zyban may cause a little anxiety or depression, which is what the Lexapro is for, but I haven't heard much on this Zyban. check the link below.
Codeine should be tapered off correctly before taking zyban. Zyban will not help codeine withdrawal, furthermore it may exasberate symptoms such as palpitations, cold sweats and difficulty breathing. I have researched Zyban (bupropian; Wellbutrin) and codeine substantially however I have first hand experience of this and I would not recommend it. See your GP.
