I'm not exactly sure from a medical standpoint if it is considered "ok" but i do take depakote 500mg once a day prescribed for mood stabilization and i have smoked marijuana 5 or so times while on it. i have not seen any side effects to my health or my mood. hope this helps.
ive been smoking and taking depakote 1500mg daily for 14 years and i have less seisures when im smoking! drinking is much worse on your liver and u dont want that. i havent seemed to see any conflictions between the meds except ambitionlessness and maybe over metabolizing your depakote. check for sure but it cant be two severe im still kickin! good luck
