It says on the bottle not to take more than 6 200mg tablets every 24 hours. However, the maximum dose that is printed on the medicine bottle is always much lower than the maximum dose that you can actually take. They just don't want to get sued, so they warn you never to take more than 6 tablets when you can actually take, like, twice as many.
However, you should check with your doctor before going over the maximum recommended dose. What's safe for most people may not be safe for you. But whenever I've had sports injuries, my doctor has told me to take 3 tablets every 4 hours (instead of 2 every 8 hours). ibuprofen (Advil) is not just a pain reliever, but an anti-inflammatory, so taking larger doses will help the injury heal faster.
Nothing. I take 3 7.5 mg Vicodin and 4 800 mg IBU a day.
I would ask your doctor. :)
nothing

Sudafed PE is phenylephrine, a very old, very safe decongestant. Advil PM is ibuprofen and dyphenhydramine (Benadryl). They are safe to take together. Advil is a pain reliever and fever reducer, of course, and the dyphenhydramine is actually an antihistamine, which tends to make you very sleepy, too (hence the "PM" - "nighttime" label).
Motrin contains no acetaminophen. The main ingredient being Ibuprofen (also what Advil is made of). The two have no known negative effects when taken together. Don't take them at the same time, alternate them. To be completely safe, consult with your doctor or pharmacist before taking any drugs at the same time.
