Strattera (atomoxetine) is a non-stimulant medication used to treat ADHD, but it is not typically available in a chewable form. However, some chewable alternatives for ADHD treatment include certain formulations of guanfacine (like Intuniv) or specific stimulant medications that may come in chewable forms, such as certain methylphenidate products. It's important to consult with a healthcare provider to determine the best option based on individual needs and preferences.

I'm on Strattera. I'm experiencing hot flashes. However, I'm also 51 and it's probably attributable to menopause. Nevertheless, I thought I'd Google strattera/hot flashes to see if there was a pattern. I've been on 25 mg of Strattera for about a month now and I have noticed a huge increase in the number of hot flashes I have (I'm 33). I also have noticed that I feel sweaty most of the time on the back of my neck and forehead. When I'm at the gym or doing some kind of physical activity, I seem to produce more sweat than I have in the past. I have been taking 25MG of strattera for 6 days now and I have had hot flashes all of those days and my hands and feet are very cold. Usually after I after my lunch hour I am freezing but warm up after I start working again. Yes, I've definitely experienced them since on the Strattera. Luckily they've gone away after about a year of use. However, they have been replaced by cold legs/feet.
