yes and no....
Universal indicator added to a toothpaste solution would likely turn a shade of blue or purple, indicating that the solution is basic due to the presence of substances like fluoride or calcium carbonate found in toothpaste.
Toothpaste solution typically turns litmus paper blue, indicating it is basic or alkaline in nature.

Toothpaste is a suspension because it consists of solid particles (abrasives and fluoride crystals) dispersed in a liquid (water, humectants, or surfactants). Emulsions typically involve two immiscible liquids, like oil and water, which is not the case with toothpaste.
Polyethylene glycol is used as solvent in tooth paste.
Remove Toothpaste by following these steps:# Soak in Detergent & Vinegar Solution. # After 15 minutes, # Rinse with water. # Sponge with Alcohol. # Wash area. # Soak in Enzyme Solution for 30 minutes. # Wash area.See related link for more specifics
It is both Solid and Liquid or in other words it's "Solution". i think what its called.Actually its called a suspension, as particles of the solids remain whole suspended in the liquid. In a solution, the particles of solid all break down to separate molecules (or atoms in some cases) and become part of the liquid. This does not happen in a suspension, usually because the solids are not soluble in the liquid.
You can: Use White toothpaste and a toothbrush or a small scrubbing or cleaning brush of a sort and put a stripe of toothpaste on the rubber. Then, wet the toothbrush and scrub the soiled parts on the rubber with the toothpaste. Add more toothpaste if needed. Then wash the toothpaste and dirt off with lukewarm water and let it air dry or with a hairdryer. (Don't use colored toothpaste because the coloring can stain the rubber or fabric part of the shoes.) or you can: Make a solution of baking soda and water. Then, dip the scrubbing/cleaning brush into the solution and scrub the rubber areas of the shoe. After you are done scrubbing, wash off the rubber areas and let air dry. or you can lastly: Make a solution of bleach and water. Then do the same with your scrubbing/cleaning brush like I said in the second idea. Wash all of it off completely and let air dry. Make sure no solution gets on the fabric or else the fabric could turn white. I hope any of these helps!!!! Thanks!
I would not use toothpaste. I have seen videos where really cheap jewelry was cleaned using toothpaste and it did make the jewelry shinier than before.Toothpaste is abrasive so it is kind of like using fine sand paper on your jewelry. Using toothpaste is an old wives tale. You can use a toothbrush with a cleaning solution. The solution I use and many jewelry stores is half Mr. Clean and water with a small amount of water. Soak for 15 seconds then rinse with water and dry.I will attach a link that has more information.
The collective noun for toothpaste is a tube of toothpaste.
To remove toothpaste stains from copper sinks, mix equal parts of vinegar and water to create a cleaning solution. Apply the solution to the stained areas and scrub gently with a soft cloth or sponge. Rinse thoroughly with water and dry the sink to prevent water spots.
The Tagalog word for toothpaste is "pasta ng ngipin."
