Sangobion is typically contraindicated in individuals with known hypersensitivity to any of its components, particularly iron supplements. It should also be avoided in patients with hemochromatosis or other iron overload disorders, as excessive iron can exacerbate these conditions. Additionally, those with certain gastrointestinal disorders that affect absorption may need to be cautious. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any supplementation.

After taking 2 tablets of sangobion, I have a gastric pain in my stomach. Is it related? I have tried to find any other answers but nobody can tell me definitely. My doctor informed me, this may be due to my sensitive stomach, and advised me to reduce to a tablet a day. I am not convinced, and I have stop taking the supplement. I have this urge of sudden crave for food, and eventually lead to gastric problem and wind. Can somebody advise me? I have anemia and what other ways to improve my blood problem, maybe in a way of better food intake and diet.... Thank you

The best time to take Sangobion Vitamins is right before you're about to eat breakfast. Always take vitamins right before you eat or right after, as you do not want to upset your stomach.
