Since this is added to Birth Control pill category I assume you mean those. It means you are at risk for pregnancy. Missing one pill is all it takes and also if you don't take it on time. Maybe the shot would be a better option for you. You can read all about different types of birth control on the Planned Parenthood website.

You had the flu on Sunday morning.so you took your pill on Saturday night and threw up at 4 in the morning on Sunday you then forgot to take your pill on Sunday so you took one on monday night you the?

You would not be safe against pregnancy until seven days after you missed the pill on Sunday. Use a condom until next Sunday if you are going to have sex. Dear Reader; Most manufactures state that missing one pill will not significantly change effectiveness. Unless your digestive tract was totaly shut down, the pill you did take was absorbed long befor you threw up. Dwight

What do you do if you are taking birth control and you take next Saturday's pill this Saturday?

If the pill you took was a sugar pill/placebo pill, the result is like missing a pill. If you just took the wrong active pill, there is no risk. Continue taking the pills as scheduled, and next Saturday just take this Saturday's pill. If you're not sure if these were active or placebo pills, contact your health care provider or pharmacist for advice specific to your medication.

What do you do if you are taking Mononessa and you take next Saturday's pill this Saturday?

If the pill you took from next week is from one of the first three Saturdays of the pack, there's no problem. Tomorrow take the correct pill for Sunday, and then when you get to next Saturday, take the pill you didn't take yesterday. These pills from the first three weeks of the pack are all the same, and are only dated to help you remember whether or not you took the pill. However, If the pill you took early was from the very last week in the pack, then you should take the Sunday pill for tomorrow as soon as possible, then take one pill per day until the end of the pack. You'll finish the pack a day early, and must start the next pack a day early. If you're not sure how to manage that, your pharmacist or health care provider would be happy to help.

If you skip even one pill you can become pregnant. Even if you took two in the same day after you remembered there is still a chance. Always use condoms!

What happens if you lose one birth control pill?

If you lose a birth control pill, take the next day's pill, and so on, until you finish the pack. You'll start your next pack a day early, as it's important not to go more than seven days without taking an active pill. In other words, if you started this last pack with the lost pill on Sunday, you'll start the next pack on Saturday, and that will be your new start day.
