You should not be pregnant when you start taking the pills as you start taking them within a week of the start of your period and if you have a period you are 99.5% sure you are not pregnant. However if you are pregnant the pills will have no effect.
Birth control pills do not increase the risk of birth defects in babies conceived by women who are or were taking them.
Clomid is taken before you conceived and if your pregnant already then you will be taking prenatal vitamins.
Hi, This does sometimes happen hun and is nothing to worry about. You should get your period next month but you will need to do a pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy just incase you conceived during the first month of taking birth control pill as this does sometimes occur when you dont use protection. Take care.
You can get pregnant
Continue taking your birth control pills as scheduled.
I conceived whilst taking it, so NO. :-)
Taking the next birth control pill early does not impact effectiveness. Taking it late may.
Birth control pill not harm or end an existing pregnancy, but there's no need to continue taking them if you're already pregnant.
Taking birth control if you are already pregnant or it's been days/weeks since you had unprotected sex, will not kill sperm or baby. It WILL however potentially cause permanent birth defects in an unborn child you may be carrying. Birth control is to prevent you from ovulating (releasing an egg) if you were not taking it and got pregnant- starting to take it won't kill sperm that will have already died off or an egg that has already been fertilized. Birth control is for PREVENTING pregnancy, not terminating and EXISTING one.
If you are referring to taking the morning after pill then this is a common side effect of MAP. However, I would recommend you perform a pregnancy test 2-3 weeks after taking MAP. With regards to birth control, if you have not missed any pills then this is not normal. This usually indicates that the birth control you are on is not suitable for you or that you have conceived. I would recommend you see your Doctor for a change in medication. Meanwhile, use a condom continously from now until you have been taking the new birth control for 4 weeks.
Why would we want to take control of hawaii when its already one of the 50 states???
Nothing. You are just not guaranteed to not be pregnant when you start taking them. It's always best to follow the directions on these things...
