you will get your period when you start taking your "period" placebo pills in your pack
It's not a period, it's a withdrawal bleed and it only happens because you stop taking your pills. You can just as easily go straight from one pack to the next without a break. This is more reliable and you never have any periods.
You should not be pregnant when you start taking the pills as you start taking them within a week of the start of your period and if you have a period you are 99.5% sure you are not pregnant. However if you are pregnant the pills will have no effect.
Your period will come naturally. Birth control does not help you get your period. Your body decides when you will get your period.
If you want to do this there are new birth control pills that are set up to skip the period every 3 months. I would check on one of these brands if this is what you want to do. But, nothing really happens when you continue taking the pills. You just don't have a period.
Hello. You can skip a period while on birth control pills but constantly skipping periods via birth control pills, isn't recommended. Skipping a period this once will be fine.
If you skip the last week (sugar pills) and go straight to a new pack of pills you should skip your period. I did this once on vacation and haven't had any problems since!
You have to see your doctor and should've done it a long time ago. He will give you medicine to make it start again after taking tests.

This happened to me today, when I started taking it.
Yes
Most women will have their period within a week or two of stopping birth control pills, and may be fertile from the first day they stop taking it. If you have stopped taking birth control and have not had your regular period as expected, you need a pregnancy test to be sure whether you are pregnant or not.
