Taking two nighttime Advil pills (which typically contain ibuprofen) for three months can lead to several health risks, including gastrointestinal issues like ulcers or bleeding, kidney damage, and increased blood pressure. Chronic use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) can also increase the risk of cardiovascular problems. It's important to consult a healthcare professional before using such medications long-term to assess potential risks and explore safer alternatives.

I personally would stay away from diet pills its not very nice but sometimes they make you poo yourself.
If you want to do this there are new birth control pills that are set up to skip the period every 3 months. I would check on one of these brands if this is what you want to do. But, nothing really happens when you continue taking the pills. You just don't have a period.
If it is prescription then yes. If it's something OTC like Advil, then no.
Over the counter: * Advil * Aspirin * Acetaminophen (Tylonel)

Yes, you can skip the sugar pills multiple months in a row. I always skip my sugar pills for three months. Women don't actually need to have their period as often as we do.
Not smart, you are playing with fire. Need to complete the cycle of pills to be sure they are effective.
