Depending on your age, and wheather or not you have a history of liver/gastric problems means this can not be a personal answer. However, for an adult, with no history of gastric/liver problems OR history of allergic reactions to paracetamol or ibuprofen, you can take up to 1g of paracetamol, and 400mg of ibuprofen.
Both Panadeine and Sudafed contain paracetamol, so if you took a full dose of each together you would be exceeding the recommended paracetamol dose. I suppose if you really wanted the effects of both pills you could take a half dose (one tablet) of each.
Yes Diclofenac can be used as an adjuvant treatment with Paracetamol to reduce pain. They can be used together for up to 48 hours, after that it is reccommended that Paracetamol use be discontinued to avoid it building up in your system. For the same reason you also must not exceed one paracetamol tablet in every 4-6 hours and stay within the daily maximum dose of 4g. There are no interactions between the drugs to worry about but confusion can be caused because Diclofenac can be used long term and Paracetamol cannot, and so if someone believed they could take the two together long term, or simply got used to taking the two together by habit, then they would cause a paracetamol overdose.
Yes you can, I am taking 60mg codeine, 70mg diclofenac 2 paracetamol and 4 mg diazepam for chronic Back pain in one dose.
yes
Paracetamol (acetaminophen) is dosed by weight in small children, but for a child that young you should get the express consent from a doctor since it can affect them differently than older children and adults.
One or two capsules twice daily, as needed. Maximum daily dose 4
well i take 400mg 2x a day and it's very relaxing and it's much like valume and vicodin all rolled in one. daily maximum dose is 1200mg give or take 100mg depending on your tolerance but 1200mg usually divided into 2-3doses not all at one time. they do have 800mg tablets so i figure that is the maximum for any single dose.
Yes. You can take both of them together safely. First one is Antihistaminic and second one is Antipyretic. (Fever reducing drug. )
Yes if you take too many (overdose) it can kill you. It can seriously harm your liver. NEVER TAKE MORE THAN THE RECOMMENDED DOSAGE!!!!! It is one of the worst over the counter pain killers to O.D. on.
i take 3 metformin sr in one dose plus 1 glicazide twice daily
Yes, quite a large one. I'm to assume they are 500mg tablets. 23 x 500 = 11.5g of paracetamol. The daily recommended dose of paracetamol is 500mg-1000mg every 4 hours. Not exceeding 4g per day or the 1g in 4 hour, which ever applies first. An overdose would be if a person were to take more than 4g in any 24 hour period.
No, buprenorphine is an opioid narcotic and a controlled substance that only a doctor can prescribe. Ibuprofen is an NSAID (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug), a completely different class of medications, and is available over the counter at most pharmacies. However, in high doses it can be toxic or even fatal.
