I've been prescribed a progesterine only (the mini-pill) by my gyno. It's harder to follow than the normal combo pill, but it works if taken PERFECTLY. Then again, I'm only slightly deficient...and with that pill I am on a baby aspirin regimen as well, so ask your gyno. Good luck!
The standard reference method for protein determination is the Kjeldahl method. This method involves digesting the protein sample with concentrated sulfuric acid and then measuring the amount of nitrogen present, which is used to calculate the protein content.
Kwashiorkor is a condition of protein deficiency characterized by lack of musculature, "moon face" and discoloration of hair, for example from normal black hair to reddish brown. In order to create a scientific study to prove kwashiorkor is from protein deficiency, you would have to have subjects who would be willing to participate in the testing. There will be no human volunteers for this type of study. It is already proven that the cause of kwashiorkor is protein deficiency. In my opinion, proving this using the scientific method would be redundant and cruel. Cruel because you would have to induce a protein deficient state in humans and compare these results with normal subjects. It is not necessary to do this type of study. If you have a test population of subjects with the disease, you could take blood samples and prove their serum albumin levels are lower than the normal subjects in your test. Then you could have a double blind controlled study and employ scientific method. Finding kwashiorkor patients before they have had any protein replacement is most difficult unless you are working in seriously underdeveloped parts of the world. Even when you find them, you may want to feed them rather than study them.
I have never heard of becoming immune to a birth control method.
Heat is the physical method used to control microbial growth via the mechanism of protein denaturation. By exposing microbes to high temperatures, the heat disrupts and denatures the proteins in their cells, leading to their inactivation and ultimately killing them. This method is commonly used in processes such as pasteurization and autoclaving to sterilize equipment and destroy harmful microorganisms.
Lowry method
No, Lowry's protein estimation method is not invasive. It is a biochemical method used to quantify the total protein concentration in a sample based on the reaction of proteins with specific reagents. It does not involve physical penetration or manipulation of the sample.
proximate composition of fish include moisture, protein, fat, ash.moisture is estimated by oven method, protein by kjeldahl method, fat by soxhlet method ash by calcination method in the muffle furnace.
The control of the scientific method is the results compared to this part of the experiment.

The most accurate method for determining protein concentration in a laboratory setting is typically through the use of a spectrophotometer, specifically by measuring absorbance at a specific wavelength using a known protein standard curve. This method allows for precise quantification of protein concentration in a sample.
there are two methods i.e armature control method and field control method....
