Well, if you consider beer, tranquilizers, depressants or marijuana to be medication, it is possible repeated doses over days could mess up one's pill taking schedule, and, uh-heh heh heh!
Seriously, my wife takes em' (b.c pills, that is), and she tells me that certain antibiotics could make it possible to conceive. The only other thing she's aware of is IF a woman stops taking the pill, she would DEFINITELY be more fertile than in normal circumstances (say for someone who's never taken it)! I am not aware HOW long that high incidence rate occurs in days or hours, but I would warn you it might not be very long...after all, that is why there is something called the day after pill...e.g when a couple goes on vacation and has sex ONE NIGHT w.o the pills left at home...uh-oh!!

No. There are very few medications that have an effect on BCP.
Prometrium will not make the birth control pill less effective, but I can't imagine why you would take a birth control with progestin as well as a progesterone pill. Please make sure all of your prescribers are aware of all of the medication you're taking.
Yes - any medication that you take while on birth control has the option to interfere with its intensity.
I don't know how seizure medication affects periods but I do know that menstrual cycles of many women are irregular when first getting off of birth control.. some start spotting and/or bleeding for days on end while others do not get periods for months on end. I think it all depends on your system and how long you were on birth control prior to stopping. some anti seizure medications can make the pill ineffective..... i would get a blood pregnancy test. my mother has seizures and she was on the pill when she got pregnant with me I just stopped birth control over a month ago and still haven't had my period. Have had no sex either, so I'm not pregnant.
Some medications may interact with others and cause them to be ineffective. Check with your doctor before taking a diet pill with your birth control pills.
Vicodin and birth control pills should not be taken together. Medication like Vicodin can limit the effectiveness of birth control pills causing them not to work as well.
No you don't need to, but remember antibiotics make the pill ineffective.
