The women always prepared the food.
The Pilgrims were God fearing people and whenever possible would provide a funeral service for their departed. However, under certain circumstances, such as being at sea when a death occurred, those options weren't always available to them. However, they would most certainly have always delivered prayers prior to laying their loved ones to rest.
The history of early Georgia is largely the history of the Creek Indians, who had always been excellent farmers, adapted quickly to a cotton-based economy. But American settlers wanted the land for themselves and saw the Creek Indians as obstacles to “progress.” wowrooms.co.in

Each year in November we all gather with our families and eat turkey, dressing, pumpkin pie, and plenty of other traditional foods. But, why do we celebrate Thanksgiving? And, how many of us know exactly how Thanksgiving originated? Most Americans think they have a pretty good idea, but it's always nice to go over the beginning of Thanksgiving to remind us why we give thanks and how it all really started.
The Indians or aboriginal people of Mexico (such as the Aztecs Mayans, and Chichimecas) were there long before the country existed. Therefore Mexican culture has always included some of the Indian ways of life and in no moment were they introduced to it. So in simpler terms, they did not "enhance" anything as they have always existed within the culture.
Most larger monasteries have guest houses or rooms for pilgrims and visitors. However, in most cases, monasteries for men will only accept male pilgrims staying overnight, and monasteries for women (or convents) will only accept female pilgrims staying overnight. It is also important to remember that monasteries require visitors and pilgrims to dress appropriately before being allowed in. For example, no shorts or short sleeves or revealing clothes are allowed. Where possible, it is always best to ring in advance to ask about their dress code, and also to ask if there are available beds or accommodation for visitors and pilgrims.
The American Thanksgiving is an American holiday, giving thanks for all we have as Americans. Historically it represents the feast between the English Pilgrim emigrants and the American Indians in the new England area of north east United states in the late 1600s. The story goes that the Indians taught the pilgrims how to farm on the new land and the Pilgrims taught the Indians how to build better shelter. They exchanged food and many ideas at this feast. The main course was turkey.
