It depends what you mean by blaspheme and which god you are talking about.
Alexander gave all the gods their due respect. Blasphemy used to mean 'cursing a god with the god's name' - which is why in English we had such weird things as Jeez, Lawdy, Marry, Gawd, Zwounds (god's wounds), Crikey etc emerge - it used to carry the death penalty.
Alexander is not recorded as showing disrespect to any god.

Alexander of Macedon is regarded as great, mainly to not only his massive empire (Greece to India) but as his way of making his people believe he was a god.
Alexander the Great studied with Aristotle as a boy
Zeus (equivalent Amon in Egypt). Then of course, he had Amon tell him that he was his son, so he presented himself as a god, so he might have considered the answer to the question as 'Alexander'.

They were both called the "son of god." Alexander the Great was thought to be the son of Zeus, and he confirmed this thought in Northern Egypt. There is an oasis town called Siwa; in ancient times there was an oracle in a temple in Siwa. Alexander visited the oracle, who proclaimed him the son of God.
