Hitler may have been born with only one testicle, or maybe had one undescended. Or, it might have been Allied Propaganda. The Allies made an effort to smear Hitler as a sexual deviant during the war. He was definitely weird with women, though, inexplicably, many found him attractive. His first known girlfriend was his sister's daughter, Angela "Geli" Raubel. She "killed herself" in Hitler's Munich apartment a few years before the Nazis seized power, while Hitler was conveniently "out of town".
