Government has planned about drainage system in advance before they laid down the roads. that's the reason they are not digging the roads frequently and roads are fine without any holes. where as south India...... government has laid down the roads without any proper planning. that's why they are digging frequently and there are many wholes on the main roads itself this is the major difference
