no, first 'computer' was invented in 1959. There were no electronic computers in 1912. For one thing, the science of electronics as we know it had barely started. Even radio broadcasting was still in its infancy, with most "wireless" communications consisting of Morse Code broadcasts - not voice or music. There were some simple analog computers, which were mechanical devices that could be made to perform simple fixed calculations for things such as navigation and aiming military weapons. The concept of the computer as we know it, with the idea of a stored program and input/output stages actually dated back to the 19th century when a British inventor named Babbage laid out the design of a programmable mechanical computer. However the metalworking techniques of the day weren't accurate enough to allow his machine to function properly. It was not until the late 1930s that work on computers as we know them began, partly due to the need for increased calculation speeds due to progress in physics and chemistry, and significantly due to wartime needs in cryptography, aerial bombing, and signal processing. True commercial use of electronic computing didn't begin until the 1950s, and personal computers as we know them took another 20 years or so to reach the marketplace.

There weren't any computers back then unless your talking about the one that was found in the sea near some really small island that dated back to the 1300's i think maybe A LOT earlier
in late 1800s and early 1900s the industrial revolution took place
Yes
Germany and Great Britain were involved in a naval rivalry in the early 1900s.
Smoking was popular in society during the 20th century, particularly from the mid-1900s to the late 1900s.
NO
How much did personal computers cost from 1900-2010?
The invention of the microchip in 1949 - dramatically reduced the physical size of computers.

I can tell you that they were very basic but i think the first computer was made in 1917 or 1927 (i forget i read about it a long time ago) it was made by a genius kid who programmed it and everything it was the first programmable computer and it was nothing special to us but back then it was amazing i don't even think alot of computers then had displays!!
no i think the 2oth century is the 1900s?
1900s
With all this new groundbreaking technology in cell phones, televisions, computers, game systems, cars, I think we are in the Technological Age, which I'm guessing started some time in the early 1900s.
Yes there were those that hunted for food in the 1900s.
what are some there inventions in 1800s-1900s
hello, the employment in the 1900s was that you have to cut the grass with scissors
buffaloes were killed near extinction in the early 1900s
