No. The U.S. did not cause Nazi Germany. When Hitler came into power he made people believe that the Jews were the cause of their depression in the economy. And so on, became Nazi Germany. Is the cold war part of world war 2?

no No, the Cold War is quite separate from WW II. Note that in WW II, Russia was an ally of the US, while Germany and Japan were enemies of the US. In the Cold War, Russia became the main enemy of the US, and West Germany and Japan were allies of the US. So the alliances switched.

Which part of Germany was controlled by the us Britain and France after world war 2?

Eastern part.

How was Germany divided at the end of world war 2 how would this create a conflict?

Germany was conquered by an alliance of primarily four countries, Britain, France, Russia, and the US (considerable contributions to the war effort were also made by Canada and Australia but they were not the primary allies). Hence when Germany was conquered it was divided up into four sectors, one for each of these allies. The British, French, and US sectors were combined into what became West Germany, and the Russian sector became East Germany. The capital city of Berlin was located in East Germany even though part of it, West Berlin, was considered to be part of West Germany. This made it possible for East Germany to cut West Berlin off from its land based supply lines. During the Berlin Crisis, supplies had to be flown in by helicopter.
