this is an allusion to Abraham lincloln's speech when he said 4 score and 7 years ago because that speech involved Lincoln arguing that all men are created equal and Martin Luther king is pretty much referring to the same thing.

When he was 22 Revere married Sarah Orne, Over the next sixteen years they had eight children, six of whom survived to adulthood.
